Our Facility New Hampton Care Center is an seventy-bed facility located on the south side of New Hampton, Iowa just off the business loop of Highway 63. The Care Center has two lounge areas, one with a player grand piano and the other with a bird aviary so residents can socialize with family members and other residents. Residents can choose to have a single private room or a double occupancy room. New Hampton Care Center provides a broad spectrum of care including traditional long-term care, short-term residency, hospice care and rehabilitation programs.
Long Term Care New Hampton Care Center has an excellent staff of professional nurses and certified nursing assistants who provide the highest quality of care for our residents 24 hours a day. We provide skilled and intermediate levels of care which is designed to help the resident maintain independence in a community-based environment.
Therapy Services Often residents come to the New Hampton Care Center after a fracture, surgery, or an illness in order to recuperate and rehabilitate. The New Hampton Care Center provides residents with physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy to help residents reach their highest potential before returning to their regular home environments. Therapy services are also offered to long-term care residents on a daily basis.
Insurance Coverage New Hampton Care welcomes residents with a variety of health insurance plans. We are able to provide services for those with Medicare, Medicaid, Veterans’ Benefits and long-term care insurance. We also are able to provide services to those with private insurance plans such as Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Principal, Bankers’ Life and various other private insurance plans. |
