We're located on Stewart Nelson Plaza in downtown Concord on North Main Street, just steps from the State House. Suite 202A is on the second floor — look for the NH Care Center sign at the entrance. Free parking is available right on site. Walk-ins are welcome during office hours, but we recommend calling ahead so we can give you our full attention.
